You can rest assured that the manufacturing for our Louvered Roofs and Pergolas is performed to the highest standards of quality, with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail. We back up our work with a 15-15-5 year warranty, including:

• The Structural System: (Including louvers, beams, gutters, posts and associated hardware) are warranted for fifteen (15) years from the date of installation. This warranty covers material or workmanship in the manufacturing process assuming normal use and service.
• Powder Coating: Under normal wear conditions, the finish on the structure including, louvers, beams, posts and hardware will not chip, peel, or blister for fifteen (15) years from the date of installation. The Outdoor Elements warranty is subject to any exclusions or limitations of the pass-through warranty provided by the IGP Powder Coat Manufacturer and subject to normal outdoor atmospheric conditions. Steel elements are not warranted against rust. This warranty covers only material or workmanship defects assuming normal use and service.
• Electronic and Power Components: (Actuators, electronic controls, remotes, and lighting) are warranted for five (5) years from the date of installation.  The batteries are warranted for one (1) year from date of installation.  These warranties cover only material or workmanship defects assuming normal use and service.
